Can you hold a place before I apply?

We do not do holds on units. We do encourage you to apply as soon as possible if you are interested in a property as the market is extremely competitive.
How old do you have to be to apply?

21+
Is the deposit refundable?

If a traditional security deposit is held, it will be refunded at the end of the lease agreement upon inspection of the property.
Who needs a cosigner?

Anyone who makes less than 3x the rent or doesn’t meet other requirements.
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

How do I pay rent?

Rent will be paid through the tenant portal which we will provide on receipt of a signed lease agreement.
I want to get a pet. What do I do?

Notify us of the type of pet and if allowed, pay the pet deposit fee and any further monthly pet fees.
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

The roommate will need to fill out an application and meet any requirements to be approved.
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

We will send out a renewal or intent to move out form. Please fill out the appropriate information.
